Return Eligibility
At Golden Goose High Tops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition
- All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- Sale items and final sale items are not eligible for return
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive your prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location
Important: Please do not send returns without first contacting our customer service team. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow:
- 2-3 business days for inspection and processing
- 5-7 business days for refund to appear in your original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors within 30 days of delivery. Exchange requests are subject to inventory availability.

- Specify your desired size/color in your request
- We'll ship your exchange item once we receive your return
- No additional shipping charges for exchanges within the US
International Returns
For international customers:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items must be declared with original purchase value
- Customer is responsible for any customs duties or fees
- Allow additional time for international shipping and processing
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Provide photos of the damaged/defective item
- We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
- No return shipping required for our errors

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items worn or damaged by customer use
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)
- Gift cards and store credit
- Items purchased with promotional discount codes over 50% off
