Address changes are possible within 1 hour of order placement. After processing begins, address changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately for assistance.

What about international customs?

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. We'll mark packages with accurate values and cannot mark items as "gifts" to avoid customs charges.

Do you ship to hotels or vacation rentals?

Yes! We can ship to hotels and temporary addresses. Please ensure someone will be available to receive the package and provide your contact information to the location.
